Ordering Process for Customers when Shopping on queenwholesale.com.

Select the Product that you wish to by and Click on the or the to add the product to your Shopping Cart

Next, You click on the button and You will have to Create an Account with us if you are a new Customer, Returning Customers can Enter their Login Information and proceed.

After having Completed the Account Signup you can now Proceed to the Shipping Page where you Enter your Shipping Address Information.
*Please note that we will not Ship to a P.O Box Address and We will not be Responsible for Re-Shipment if you provided us with a Wrong Shipping Address. We will only ship to the Same Address as on your Credit Card Billing Address.

After having Entered your Shipping Details you will now proceed to our Payment Page.
*Please note that we Do not Accept Diners Club and Discover Cards. For a Detailed Payment Methods you can visit our Payment Method Section on our Site.

Once you have entered your Shipping and Payment Information, You will be taken to a Confirmation page where you can check all your details carefully before it is submitted to us.

Once we have recieved your Details we will process your Order within 12-24 hours and we will ship your product at 9:00 AM (EST) and 16:00 (EST) Daily. We will provide you with your Tracking number within 12-24 hours after we have shipped your product.
When you recieve your tracking number you can track your orders at our ORDER TRACKING section on our Site.
